When I tested them out, I found that it was easy to keep up a conversation, even in a noisier setting, but that background noise felt dimmed.

Why we like it
If you want to hear much less of the world around you and be more dialed in on the task in front of you, the Loop Quiet 2 are your best bet. These earplugs block up to 24 decibels of noise, and truly compared to noise-cancelling earbuds when I tested them out. While you do lose the ability to stream audio, I found that helpful in not accidentally getting distracted by my devices. And, they can double comfortably as sleep earplugs. Plus, at $14.49, these are the cheapest Loop earplugs available during Prime Big Deal Days.

Why we like it
For anyone who finds themselves caught between all of the above options, the Loop Switch 2 are the most versatile earplugs available from the brand. With a small on-ear switch, these earplugs offer three levels of blockage at 20dB, 23dB, and 26db. They do have a harder exterior that doesn't make them great for sleep, but for pretty much any other situation, these earplugs will do the trick. Their versatility does come with a cost — at full price, they're $59.95. However, their Prime Day pricing brings them down to a more manageable $44.95.
